Privacy Notice
What HashPower processes, why it is needed, who helps provide the service, and your choices.
Information You Provide
This can include your email address, display name, optional Discord username, sign-in choice, contact messages, support replies, device count, order details, and licensing records. Passwords are stored as salted one-way hashes. Do not send passwords, wallet recovery phrases, private keys, or one-time security codes.
Orders And Payments
HashPower stores the order number, product, amount, currency, provider, payment state, and the identifiers needed to match and support a transaction. PayPal orders can include capture, refund, reversal, and dispute status. Cash App reconciliation can use order-related payment-received email evidence. Crypto reconciliation can use Binance.US deposit metadata and public blockchain records. HashPower does not ask for or store full card or bank credentials, wallet private keys, or recovery phrases.
Device And Service Data
The service may process connection and security logs, browser details, account and license references, privacy-preserving device identifiers, firmware version, miner model, operational telemetry, and approximate region supplied by the network edge. These records support device-bound licensing, updates, reliability, troubleshooting, fraud prevention, and service security.
RentalFlow Listings And Pricing Data
If you use RentalFlow, the app uses your Mining Rig Rentals API access to read your account and listings, including the observed listing name, numeric rig ID, algorithm, current price, and rental state. It uses market prices and the cost and premium settings you enter to propose or apply listing prices when you enable automation. HashPower stores the selected listing identity, slot assignment, license state, payment evidence, and limited operational records needed to protect the service. The Mining Rig Rentals API credential is held by the app on your device and is not retained in HashPower's licensing database.
RentalFlow may send bounded operational events directly to Cloudflare for service health, support, and abuse detection. These events are designed to omit API keys, wallet details, miner names, prices, and profit figures. The licensing server remains responsible for issuing and changing licenses. Operational and purchase records may have different retention periods according to their purpose and applicable obligations.
How The Information Is Used
HashPower uses information to operate accounts, answer messages, process and review payments, issue and enforce licenses, support customers, deliver updates, diagnose failures, improve compatibility, secure the service, keep accounting records, and meet legal obligations. HashPower does not sell personal information.
Service Providers
Cloudflare helps deliver and protect the site and R2 downloads. Zoho provides the owner mailbox. Google or Discord processes identity information only when you choose that sign-in option. PayPal independently processes information needed for PayPal Checkout under its Privacy Statement. Cash App and Binance.US process transactions under their own notices and account terms. Public cryptocurrency transfers also remain visible on their blockchains.
Notifications And Campaign Links
Optional browser notifications use a random Web Push subscription and encryption material supplied by the browser. You can revoke a paired browser. A campaign link may store its source label in a first-party cookie for a limited period so HashPower can measure which launch channels are useful; it is not used to build a general browsing profile.
Retention And Your Choices
Account, order, license, payment, security, device, and support records are kept only while reasonably needed to provide the service, recover purchase history, prevent fraud, maintain accounting evidence, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Retention can differ by record and provider. You may request access, correction, or deletion through the privacy and legal form or at [email protected]. Some records may be retained when the law or a legitimate security, accounting, or dispute need requires it.
Security And Age
HashPower uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security. Products and purchases are intended for adults or people acting with a legal guardian's permission and supervision.
