Privacy Notice
This notice explains what the HashUnlocked website and HashPower licensing services process, why it is needed, and how to request deletion.
Information You Submit
Customer accounts may include your email address, display name, Discord username, linked sign-in provider, order and key history, and retained support conversations. Passwords are stored only as salted, one-way password hashes. Purchase, trial, and license records may include transaction identifiers, quoted amounts, plan details, miner count, support notes, and identifiers needed to locate or renew a license.
Technical And Device Information
The server may process IP addresses, security logs, browser details, license identifiers, device fingerprints, firmware version, miner model, operational telemetry, and an approximate country or region supplied by the network edge. This information supports abuse prevention, device-bound licensing, troubleshooting, reliability, and service security. The public contact form stores a one-way hash derived from the connection address for rate limiting rather than displaying the address in the admin inbox.
How Information Is Used
Information is used to answer messages, review payments, issue and enforce licenses, provide support, diagnose failures, secure the service, maintain product compatibility, and comply with legal obligations. Personal information is not sold.
Service Providers And Public Blockchains
Cloudflare may process network traffic and security data. Cloudflare R2 may deliver downloads. Google or Discord processes identity information when you choose its express sign-in option; provider access tokens are not retained by HashUnlocked. Cryptocurrency transaction data is recorded on public blockchains and may be checked through Coinbase public market data and blockchain infrastructure providers. The checkout never asks for or stores wallet private keys or recovery phrases. These services apply their own privacy terms.
Retention And Control
Signed-in support conversations, license records, and order receipts are retained so customers can recover keys and purchase history. Anonymous contact messages may be deleted after handling. Account, payment, security, and device records are retained while needed to provide the service, prevent fraud, preserve accounting history, or meet legal obligations. Browser sessions are revocable and expire automatically. You may request access, correction, or deletion through the privacy and legal contact category. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or needed to protect the service and other users.
Security And Age
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Never submit passwords, private keys, recovery phrases, or other secrets. HashPower products and purchases are intended for adults or people acting with the permission and supervision of a legal guardian.
