Original And Third-Party Software

Copyright in original HashPower code, modifications, website content, artwork, and branding remains with its applicable author or owner. HashPower products also use third-party libraries, protocols, tools, and firmware components. No ownership is claimed over third-party code, manufacturer firmware, trademarks, or documentation. Each third-party component remains subject to its own copyright, license, attribution, and distribution terms. If a component notice conflicts with this page, that component notice controls for that component.

Custom Firmware And Overclocking Risk

Custom firmware, frequency changes, voltage changes, power-target changes, and fan overrides can void manufacturer support and may cause instability, lost mining time, corrupted settings, excessive heat, electrical damage, fire, permanent hardware damage, or loss of access to the device. Use only on hardware you own or are authorized to manage. Keep a verified factory-recovery path and never exceed the ratings of the miner, wiring, connectors, power supply, or cooling system. Canaan's published after-sales policy specifically addresses unauthorized and overclocking firmware.

You are responsible for selecting settings, supervising the miner, protecting the network, and deciding whether the possible performance gain justifies the risk. Stop immediately if temperatures, power behavior, errors, odor, noise, or physical condition become abnormal.

No Performance Or Mining Guarantee

Hashrate, efficiency, pool results, accepted shares, best difficulty, block discovery, uptime, revenue, and profitability are not guaranteed. Mining results are probabilistic, and displayed estimates are informational only. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, tax, electrical-engineering, or legal advice.

Payments And Device-Bound Access

Customers are responsible for verifying the destination address, asset, network, amount, and network fees before sending cryptocurrency. Transactions sent to the wrong address or network may be irreversible. Firmware access is sold per supported device and may be bound to that device after first use, as explained on the purchase and flashing pages.
