What is HashPower OS?

It's software that runs on your Avalon Nano 3S and gives you browser-based controls for mining, pools, cooling, and monitoring. See the features.

Will it work on my miner?

It currently supports the Avalon Nano 3S only. Don't install it on a Nano 3, Mini 3, Avalon Q, or another model. Compatibility guide.

Where do I buy it?

Buy it at hashpoweros.com/purchase. Sign in and choose how many Nano 3S miners you want to license.

How much is it? Is there a monthly fee?

The current OS costs $20 USD once per miner, with no monthly OS subscription. Checkout shows any payment fees before you pay. Pricing and checkout.

Can I use one license on two miners?

No. Each miner needs its own credit; the first verified installation ties that credit to that specific Nano 3S. License details.

Where do I download it?

Start at hashpoweros.com/flash. That's the official place to access HashPower OS firmware and install it through the browser.

I bought it. How do I install it?

Open the Flash Portal on your computer and follow its driver, USB, and BOOT-mode steps. Have your license key ready and keep power connected while flashing.

The flashing page can't see my miner. What first?

Follow the Flash Portal's USB checklist: a data cable, BOOT mode, and the correct Windows driver. Only change the driver for the identified Nano K230 device—not another USB device.

Connect and get started

Do I have to leave my computer running?

No. Once installed, HashPower OS runs on the miner itself. You only need your browser when you want to view or change its settings. How it works.

Can I control it from my phone?

Yes—open its browser interface while your phone and miner are on the same home network. Initial USB installation is a separate computer-based step.

How do I open my miner?

Connect to the same home network as the miner. Type its IP address into your browser's address bar, starting with http://.

Where do I find its IP address?

Check the miner's screen. If it isn't shown, look in your router app under Connected Devices, Client List, or DHCP Clients.

It shows “HashPower Setup.” What do I do?

If the miner shows that setup name or QR code, join HashPower Setup Wi-Fi and open the setup page to select home Wi-Fi. Afterward, find the miner's new IP in your router.

Its page won't open. What should I check first?

Recheck the miner's current IP in your router and make sure your phone or computer isn't on guest Wi-Fi. What exact error does your browser show?

I'm in. What do I do first?

Check Dashboard for status, then Pools for your mining-pool settings. Leave advanced tuning alone until the miner is connected and working normally.

Everyday use

Where do I enter my mining pool?

Open Pools. Use the connection address and worker details supplied by your chosen pool—don't guess them. Pool overview.

How do I tell whether it's mining?

Check Dashboard for hashrate and Pools for a working connection and accepted shares. One momentary reading doesn't tell the whole story. Monitoring overview.

Why is the pool's hashrate different?

The pool estimates hashrate over its own time window. Compare longer-term averages rather than expecting both live numbers to match. Hashrate explanation.

Where are performance and fan settings?

Open Performance for profiles and supported cooling controls. Available options depend on your installed version; don't disable safety protections. Control overview.

Can I make the screen easier to read?

Use the light/dark theme selector at the top of the WebUI tabs when available in your version. Interface preview.

Will my saved settings survive a restart?

Yes—saved on-miner profiles and settings are designed to return after a normal restart. A factory recovery is different and clears user settings. On-miner operation.

How do I update HashPower OS?

Check System for the installed version and available update controls. Some older builds need a manual bridge update first; tell support your version before choosing an update path. Update overview.

Can I go back to factory firmware?

Yes. Follow hashpoweros.com/recovery. Factory recovery clears your saved settings, so read the guide before starting.

Can the Discord bot fix my miner automatically?
