Connected listings

Algorithm, rate, status, and rig identity are detected from MiningRigRentals.

Moving a paid slot to another listing? Prepare replacement while active and ask support to review it. Preparation alone does not assign a slot. After restarting or an uncertain result, prepare again.

Optional local device connections

Use Connect local device beside a listing to inspect an owner-selected HashPower OS Nano 3S or a supported read-only CGMiner endpoint. Multiple physical miners may serve one listing; each miner can be paired to only one listing.

Status inventory only. Device samples never change saved watts, MRR capacity, protected minimums, or automatic pricing. No miner connection is required. Read access must already be enabled on the device; RentalFlow does not change API settings or firewalls.

Add your MRR API credentials in Settings, then refresh your rigs.

CONTROL THE DOWNSIDE

Protected pricing.

Set your real costs and optional premium. RentalFlow asks the server for a market recommendation, then checks your floor again before a change.

Rig policy

Only licensed, available listings can receive automatic price changes. A booked rental stays protected.

◎

Market aware, floor first.

The cheapest listing can be an outlier. RentalFlow compares the relevant market and applies your premium while keeping electricity, fees, minimum net and native price limits in view.

YOUR SIGNAL, YOUR CHOICE

Alerts.

Get a clear signal when a confirmed rental starts or ends, protected pricing holds, a price write needs review, or a supported paired miner reports a problem. Every channel starts off.

Discord on this computer

Use a webhook from a Discord channel you control. RentalFlow protects it in your Windows profile and never allows mentions. Send a test and confirm you saw it before enabling event rules.

Email and phone

Email uses your verified HashPower website account. Phone notifications use a separate RentalFlow pairing on the signed-in website. Each needs its own consent and observed test arrival.

Manage email and phone on the website

A code expires after ten minutes. Sign in on your phone with the same HashPower account. Provider acceptance alone does not establish delivery.

Event rules

Enable only the events you want. Quiet hours use the named timezone, including daylight saving changes. Unsupported miner readings never generate a fabricated alert.

Recent delivery state

Refresh alerts to see delivery state.

Email, phone and Discord require independent enrollment and delivery checks. HashPower OS Nano 3S LED and firmware extras are not available in RentalFlow; firmware emergency alerts remain separate.

MAKE IT YOURS

Settings.

Your MRR API secret stays protected on this Windows profile. The server receives only short lived delegated proof, never your secret.

Create a key with the permissions required to view and update your own rigs.

RentalFlow license

Activate the license from your HashPower purchase, then use Check license in My Rigs.

One slot covers one exact MiningRigRentals listing ID, even if that listing contains multiple physical miners.

My Rigs appearance

Choose the fleet view that works best for you. Your choice is saved on this computer.

HashPower OS companion

RentalFlow works with any miner you list on MRR. HashPower OS owners can keep their device controls in HashPower OS while RentalFlow handles the MRR listing price.

Pricing uses the MRR rig and algorithm detected from your account. It does not require a HashPower OS miner.

MRR RIG NUMBERRIG NAME FROM MININGRIGRENTALSREVIEW BEFORE

Give support this exact rig number and name, and the existing listing to replace. Support will pause renewal, wait for issued authorizations to expire, then review the exchange.

No slot, payment, or pricing permission was changed by this preparation. Keep your existing rigs selected until support completes the exchange. After expiry or restart, prepare again while active; if the license is paused, ask support to restore the existing rights first.

REVIEW PRICE CHANGE

Active or booked rental rates will not be edited. A new price is marked verified only after MRR readback.

OPTIONAL · LOCAL · READ ONLY

Connect local device

Discovery uses only the selected private IPv4 subnet, /28 or smaller. No Internet scans, credentials, API enabling, miner writes, power or LED control. The Nano adapter uses GET /api/system/info on port 80; generic CGMiner uses read commands on port 4028. Device-reported identity is not cryptographic authentication. CGMiner has no universal API key: its API must already be enabled and permit this computer. Denied, unsupported, or authorization-required endpoints remain unavailable; no generic credential prompt is provided. A timeout alone cannot distinguish disabled API, blocked host, or offline miner.

Pairing requires a fresh reported model and stable serial/DNA/MAC. Missing identity is inventory only. Firmware/API changes require inspection and explicit re-pairing. Paired devices refresh automatically about every 30–35 seconds, with one device read at a time. Queued or unavailable devices may become stale after 60 seconds. Refresh manually if needed. Reported power is not calibrated AC watts.
